Warranty Terms & Conditions for Dental Prosthesis

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the warranty provided for the repair or replacement of your dental prosthesis (“Prosthesis”). By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and accept the scope, coverage, and limitations described below.

1. Coverage Under Warranty

We provide a warranty for the repair or replacement of dental prostheses under the conditions stated herein. If your Prosthesis is determined to be defective due to material or manufacturing issues, our qualified dental professionals will carry out the necessary repair or replacement.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

• No Cash Refunds: Monetary refunds for Prosthesis are not available.
• Removal/Insertion Costs: Expenses for the removal or placement of the Prosthesis are excluded.
• Damage from Misuse or Poor Care: The warranty will not apply if damage results from accidents, neglect, abuse, failure of supporting teeth or tissues, poor oral hygiene, or unauthorized adjustments.
• Consequential Losses: We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages such as discomfort, lost wages, time, or inconvenience.
• Shipping Costs: Any courier or shipping expenses incurred for sending the Prosthesis for repair must be borne by the patient.
• Professional Dental Fees: Additional dental fees related to the repair or replacement, including those charged by your treating dentist, are not included.

3. Conditions for Warranty Validity

To qualify for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

• The Prosthesis must be inserted by a licensed practicing dentist, following established dental protocols.
• For a warranty claim, the Prosthesis must be returned with the old model and a new impression (without any changes to tooth preparation) or be accompanied by clear remarks specifying the issue.

4. Warranty Claim Process

All claims must be made through the same dentist who originally provided the dental service. This condition is mandatory for warranty eligibility.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes or claims related to this warranty shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

6. Amendments to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified without prior notice. Patients are encouraged to review the most recent version on our official website or request a copy from our support team.

By availing of our services and accepting repair or replacement of a Prosthesis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept any part of them, we advise refraining from using our services.
